Approval of Return Transactions

  • After the RMA is created, a RMA Return Transaction approval task is assigned to RMA_WhsClerk.
  • The warehouse clerk verifies returned items and:
    • Approves: API processes the return transaction, and a notification is sent to RMA_WhsClerk.
    • Rejects: RMA status set to STOPPED and a notification is sent to RMA_WhsClerk.
