Roles and Responsibilities

  • RMA Creator: Initiates RMA creation from the Customer Service workspace and provides required return details.
  • RMA Approver: Reviews and approves or rejects RMA requests and triggers RPA processes on approval.
  • RMA WhsClerk: Verifies the returned items in warehouse and approves or rejects return transactions.
  • RMA ARClerks: Receives notifications and manages credit memos generated after approved returns.
