Modifying Restocking Fee Values

  • Only users in the RMA_Approvers group are authorized to modify Restocking Fee % or Restock Fee Amount.
  • When Actual Restocking Fee % is updated, the Actual Restock Fee Amount and Net Credit are recalculated automatically.
  • When Actual Restock Fee Amount is updated, the Actual Restocking Fee % and Net Credit are recalculated automatically.
  • Click Update to save the modified Restocking Fee values.
  • Approved Restocking Fee details are stored by the workflow and passed to SyteLine during RMA header/line creation.
  • SyteLine calculates and stores the final Restocking Fee %, Restocking Fee Amount, and Net Credit on the RMA Lines form.
