Troubleshooting

  • Authorize IONAPI and Microsoft Office 365 in RPA > Management > Manage > Authorization.
  • Ensure the RPA version is compatible with the process.
  • Verify that the device status is connected in unattended mode.
  • The Infor RPA provides complete information from the RPA Job start to completion. This information can be retrieved from the log file located in the working folder structure.
  • Every day when RPA job runs, one log file is created in the working folder structure. The log file contains the naming definition and type: JobResultsDDMMYYYY.txt

    For example, C:\ CSIInvoiceProcessing \Logs (Configured folder provided in argument)

  • For every run RPA logs the start time, number of emails to be processed, File name, Necessary values, about the PO information, about Infor AI details (which we are using to allocate lines), status of IDM, Inbox, Data Lake.
