Notifications

The table displays the notifications that are generated for individual order outcomes and delivered to the user or group configured through the distribution Type and user Identifier parameters.

Notification Scenario	Recipient	Description
Customer Order Created Successfully	Configured user or group	Sent when a Customer Order is created successfully in CSI.
Missing Information	Configured user or group	Sent when the document requires mandatory field correction in Review Center.
Needs Action Review	Configured user or group	Sent when extracted values require user correction because they do not match CSI or business requirements.
Processing Failure	Configured user or group	Sent when processing cannot continue due to failure conditions such as non-PO, duplicate PO, unsupported document, multiple POs on one page, or oversized file.
Invalid Lines	Configured user or group	Used when unsupported line items require removal or correction before reprocessing.
