Reviewing and Updating Restocking Fee

As part of the RMA Creation approval process, the RMA_Approvers group can review and, if required, modify the Actual Restocking Fee % or Restocking Fee Amount at the line level before approval. This ensures financial accuracy and flexibility during customer returns.
