Viewing Dunning Histories

Perform these steps to view details regarding previously sent dunning letters:

  1. Open the Dunning Histories form.
  2. Ensure that Filter in Place mode is enabled.
  3. Specify this information as desired:
    Group
    Choose from any dunning group that was defined on the Dunning Groups form.
    Stage
    This number represents the version of the dunning letter sent. If you are not using multiple stages of dunning letters, only stage 1 can be selected.
    Date
    This field represents the date the dunning letter was sent.
    Reference Number
    This number represents a specific customer number.
  4. Disable Filter in Place mode to view the records that correspond to your filter specifications.
