On Your Radar

This widget behaves differently depending on the workspace it is in. Here are the differences:
  • Buyer: The On your radar widget here focuses on addressing and managing orders that require immediate attention. The widget is divided into four sections: POs needing attention, Requisitions needing attention, Vendor follow-ups, and POs missing information.
  • Customer Service Representative: The On your radar widget here focuses on addressing and managing orders that require immediate attention. The widget is divided into four sections: Past due orders, Orders at risk, Customer follow ups, and Expiring estimates.
  • Service Coordinator, including the Details are: The On your radar widget here focuses on incident follow ups, service order follow ups, service contracts, and loaners and exchanges. You can view snoozed records and move records to the snooze list. You can click on the button for incident follow ups, service order follow ups, service contracts, or loaners and exchanges to switch to the corresponding page in Required Actions.

    On the Incident Escalations slim card, you can view the count of unique incidents that are not closed. These incidents are not closed and meet at least one of these conditions:

    • past the follow-up date and the Follow-up Complete check box is not selected,
    • past the warning date
    • past the due date

    The Incidents to be Scheduled slim card shows the count of unique incidents that have the To Be Scheduled check box selected and are not closed.

    The Incidents Awaiting Parts slim card shows the count of unique incidents that have the Awaiting Parts check box selected and are not closed.

    The Service Orders to be Scheduled slim card shows the count of unique SROs with the working status not closed.

    The Service Orders Awaiting Parts slim card shows the count of unique SROs with the working status not closed.

    The Estimate Service Orders Follow-up slim card shows the count of unique SROs with the working status not closed.

    The Service Contracts Renewals slim card shows the count of unique service contracts with a renewal date that is in the past or in the next 30 days.

    The Service Contract Maintenance slim card displays the count of unique open service order lines where the contract is not empty and the SRO's start date is in the periods specified in Global Filters.

    The Loaners to be Shipped and Outstanding slim card shows the count of unique open SRO lines with the Loaner line type, and meets one of these conditions:

    • no line material transaction with the type Loaner Shipment is posted and no line material transaction with the type Loaner Return is posted.
    • line material transaction with the type Loaner Shipment is posted and no line material transaction with the type Loaner Return is posted.

    The Exchanges to be Shipped and Outstanding slim card shows the count of unique open SRO lines with the Adv Exch line type and meets one of these conditions:

    • no line material transaction with the type Exchange Shipment is posted.
    • line material transaction with the type Exchange Shipment is posted and no line material transaction with the type Exchange Return is posted.
  • Warehouse Manager: The On your radar widget here focuses on addressing and managing items that require immediate attention. The widget is divided into three sections needing attention: shipments, receipts, and component shortages.
