Critical Department KPIs

This widget helps to identify strengths, detect issues, and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.

These quick access options are available:

  • Opportunities Won Percent: This KPI displays the percentage of closed sales opportunities. Zero indicates no successful closures.
  • Close Projection (Weighted): This KPI displays the projected revenue from active opportunities. Zero indicates no active deals or inaccurate sales forecasts.
  • Lead Response Time (Assigned): This KPI calculates the time taken by a sales representative to respond to the assigned leads. A negative value indicates a system error or a data quality issue.
  • Opportunities Neglected Value: This KPI displays the total number of opportunities assigned to a sales representative that have not received timely follow-up. Zero indicates strong a low number of active opportunities.
  • Leads Converted Percent: This KPI displays the percentage of leads converted into opportunities or customers. A low percentage indicates a sales representative to improve the conversion process.
