Quality Manager
The Quality Manager workspace provides Quality Managers a centralized dashboard to view and act on all relevant information related to their role.
You must add the permission group on the Groups tab of the Users form to access all the widgets in the workspace.
The Quality Manager can use these widgets to view the required data:
- My Day
- QC Past Due Alerts Report
- Quality Financials
- On Your Radar
- Required Actions
- Quick Actions
- Critical Department KPIs
- QC Top 5 Activities by Cost
- QC Rejection Percentage by Item
