About form adoption

Form Adoption is used to set the gen2 or Infor Design System (IDS) as the default version and hide other versions. This form uses form aliasing functionality to update the right-click menu options and links to the gen2 or IDS forms

The settings are applicable only to the current site. You can enable or disable these settings.

You must sign out and sign in again, to view the changes.

When you sign out and sign in again the forms are displayed based on the version that is set as the default. The other versions of the forms are hidden.

These hidden forms are added to the Hidden In Forms List form.

Note: To unhilde the forms, you can:

On the Hidden In Forms List form, manually remove the forms.
You can select the Show All Forms in Forms List check box on the Behavior tab of the User Preferences form.
