Reviewing SRO Working Status History
You can review the history of all changes to this service order's working status,
for example, to see if the service order was on hold at any point or if it was opened
and closed more than one time. To do this, click on the General tab of the Service
Orders form.
The Service Order Working Status History form is displayed.
Whenever the working status code was changed, a snapshot of other information was stored, such as the lead partner, date of the change, and user.
Click to launch the Service Orders form linked to the current SRO.
Click to show the GPS coordinates for the currently selected row on the Map form.
Click to show the GPS coordinates for all records in the grid in a trail on the Map form.
Note: The Map buttons are
most useful after the history table is filtered to limit the data being sent.
