Changing PO Requisition Line Status
Use the Change PO Requisition Line
Status utility to change statuses for a specified range of requisition lines
within a requisition.
These status changes may be performed:
| Status | Changed to |
|---|---|
| Requested | Approved, Disapproved, or Stopped |
| Approved | Requested or Stopped |
| Disapproved | Approved, History, or Requested |
| Stopped | Approved, Disapproved, History, or Requested |
| Converted | History |
| History | No changes can be made |
Note: The only way to change the status from
Approved to Converted is to create a purchase order.
After you select your parameters and click the button, information about the records that were processed displays in the grid.
