Adding or changing a component's context (shortcut) menu

  1. Open a form and go into Design Mode.
  2. Create a component or select an existing component.
  3. On the Component property sheet, click Right-Click Menu.
  4. To specify a context menu for the component, select the name of the menu in the drop-down list.
  5. To add a context menu:
    • In the Right-Click Menu field, specify the name of the new menu.
    • Click the ellipsis (...) button to the right of the Right-Click Menu field.
  6. To add or edit menu items on a context menu:
    • Select the name of the context menu in the drop-down list.
    • Click the ellipsis (...) button.
    Note:  If the user right-clicks on the column header area of a grid column component, then the menu for the grid, not the grid column, is displayed.
