To view a document (file) that is attached to a form, property on a 
 form, or a record in a collection on a form: 
       
      - 
            Open a form.
         
- 
            Click  the Display documents for the 
	 current object icon in the tool bar, or select. 
	
            
               This information about each attached document is displayed, to help 
	 you find the appropriate document:  
                  - The document name; the sequence, which indicates the order 
		 in which the document (file) was attached to the record; and a 
		 description of the document
- The document type and storage method, which are defined on 
		 the Document Types form
- The file specification, file extension, and media type, which 
		 are also defined on the Document Types 
		 form 
- Internal, which indicates that 
		 the attached document cannot be accessed through the portals 
- Suspend with Workflows, which 
		 is used with Application Event System workflows

            If there are many attached documents, click Filter 
	 and specify filter criteria to display the filtered list of documents 
	 in the Find Documents grid.

            Select the document you want to view. 
	
            
               Note:  When 
	 you select an image file from the list, a preview is displayed.  If 
	 a preview is not displayed the first time, navigate away from the 
	 current record and back to the record. 
 
- 
            Click View. 
	
            
               For most documents, the file is opened for viewing.  For URL 
	 document types, the default browser opens the specified URL.  
 
         The document is opened with the application that is associated with 
 the attachment's file extension, as specified in the Document 
 Types form.
         Optionally, you can click Export to export 
 documents from the linked file system. URL document types cannot be exported.
