To add or delete a value in a field that contains a business-data list:
       
      - 
            Open a form and display the record for which you want to change 
	 a field value.

            Click in the field.
         
- 
            Right-click and select . 
	
            
               The system displays the form used to maintain the values (records) 
	 for this field and automatically selects the value you selected. 
 
- 
            Make your changes or delete the record.
         
- 
            Save your changes and close the form. 
	
            
               The system returns to the original form. The field you selected 
	 reflects the changes. 
 
         Note:  You might have to refresh the 
	 collection to see the changes. Select .
