Avg Elapsed Time to Repair widget

This widget displays the average amount of time it takes from the time a request for service is logged until the service work is completed, that is, between the SRO open and close dates. The widget retrieves the data for Today, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months.
