Customer Service Home - Tasks Tab

On the Customer Service Home form, the Tasks tab contains these sections: Alerts, Tasks, and Inbox.

Alerts

Note: The number is Red if the value is above zero. The number is Green if the value is zero.

This section contains these fields and buttons:

  • Past Due Lines: Click the number to open the Customer Order Lines form.

    If the number is Red, the quantity shipped is less than the quantity ordered. If you click the number, the Customer Order Lines form shows the list of orders that have a CO status and with CO line status of Ordered.

  • Past Due Releases: Click the number to open the Customer Order Blanket Releases form.

    If the number is Red, the quantity shipped is less than the quantity ordered. If you click the number, the Customer Order Blanket Releases form shows the list of blanket CO releases that are past due as of today. These orders have CO status and with CO line status of Ordered.

  • Estimates to Expire: Click the number to open the Estimates form.

    If the number is Red, the Estimates form shows the list of estimates that are about to expire within the next seven days. These estimates have estimate line statuses of Planned, Quoted, or Working.

Tasks

This section shows the list of tasks assigned to the logged-in user.

Inbox

This section shows the list of messages for the logged-in user.

In the Inbox grid, double-click a field to view all emails that share that value. You can filter the contents in the grid except for the Read and Expired columns.

For example, to view only the emails from John Doe, double-click John Doe in the From field.
