Customer Service Home - DataViews Tab

On the Customer Service Home form, the DataViews tab shows the DataViews related to the customer.

You can select any of these options the display the list of DataViews:

• Customer Orders
• RMAs
• Projects
• Customer A/R History
• Opportunities
• Conracts
• Incidents
• SROs

You can use the Customer field to filter the data by specific customer.

For each DataView, you can view the list based the status of the orders.
