Adding Calendar Sync Users

  1. Open the Calendar Sync Users form.
  2. Select Actions > New.
  3. Specify this information:
    User Name
    Select the name of the user who you are adding for the Exchange integration synchronization.
    Email
    Specify the user's email address, which will be used by Exchange.

    The user's email address and the email address of the delegate account must be in the same domain. For example, if the delegate account is ews.user@infor.com, then all users added to the list should be from the @infor.com domain.

    Partner
    Optionally, select a partner ID for the user if you want to synchronize the Service calendar.
    Default Calendar
    Select the calendar to use by default when synchronizing a new item from Exchange to SyteLine:
    • User Calendar: Select this option to use the information from the User Calendar form.
    • Service Calendar: Select this option to use the information from the Calendar Scheduling form.
    Note: If you do not select a default calendar, then the default calendar selected in the Sync Process Configuration is used by default.
    Client Message Format
    Select the calendar message format to use when SyteLine appointments are added to Exchange:
    • Text
    • HTML
    Note: If you do not select a default format, then the default format selected in the Sync Process Configuration is used by default.
  4. Save your changes.
