Signatures

This form shows all captured electronic signatures related to Incidents and Service Orders.

SyteLine 2022.04 or later supports the entry-and-print of a customer’s full name, and their electronic signature, on SRO Work Orders and SRO Estimates in the Service mobile app that is connected to the back office. Both the full name and the electronic signature are automatically synchronized to this form, where the Signature Name field will show their entered name above the image of their signature.
