Getting Directions on the Map
- Follow the steps in Searching for a Location on the Map to save at least two locations on the map.
- Click to show turn-by-turn directions on the Directions tab. The duration of each leg of the trip is also displayed.
- Optionally, click to optimize the directions by reordering the legs of the trip based on the shortest route (by time) through all locations. This is especially useful when generating directions for more than two locations.
If you opened the Map form from the Calendar Scheduling form, you can click then to return the route to the Calendar Scheduling form for the current partner.
