Analyzing Planned vs. Actual Costs and Revenue

To run a report that provides an analysis of planned versus actual costs and revenue:

  1. Open the Service Order Planned vs. Actual Report.
  2. For these fields, select a range of values to include in the report:
    • SRO
    • SRO Line
    • SRO Oper
    • Item
    • Work Code
    • Misc Code
  3. Select Show to show the cost or the price for the selections.
  4. Click Preview to view the report output before printing.
  5. Click Print to run the report and print the output.
