Creating a Calculated Maintenance Contract

Follow these steps to set up an annual service contract with individual amounts:

  1. Open the Service Contracts form.
  2. Turn off Filter-in-Place and select Actions > New.
  3. Follow the steps in Adding a Contract to set up the new contract. Select the Calculated billing type.
  4. Save the new contract.
  5. Click Lines.
  6. Follow the steps in Adding Contract Lines to add new lines to the contract.
  7. Save the contract.
