Infor Ming.le offline sign in

Infor Ming.le users who sign in using the ION API method can continue to work offline if their connection is lost but their current session remains active. If the user logs out of the mobile app or it is shut down, the user must have set up their Mongoose credentials before going offline to sign in.

To set up Mongoose credentials, while online, open the Settings page, specify the Username and Password from the back office Users form, and tap Validate. Upon successful validation, the credentials are stored in the device keychain for offline use. If you do not set this up and lose connection, you will be unable to log in until a connection is re-established.
