Using the Action menus and Action buttons
Action Menus
Many forms include an Reason/Resolutions form by tapping the ellipsis button on the Incident Detail form.
menu, which is represented by a vertical or horizontal ellipsis button in the Navigation bar, depending on your device. Tap this button to view child information and forms related to the current record. For example, you can access theAction Buttons
Many fields are accompanied by Action buttons that perform additional actions. These Action buttons are available:
- (ellipsis): Tap this button to open a details form related to the current field value, such as customer details.
- : Tap this button to open your device's default mapping application and display the current address record and directions.
- : Tap this button to call the current phone number.
- : Tap this button to open a new message in your device's default email application, with the current email address record listed as the recipient.
