Attachments

Attachments associated with various objects, such as incidents, service orders or units, can be added or viewed using the mobile device. Use the Camera or Camera Roll icons to add attachments and use the Paperclip icon to view existing attachments.

Note: 
  • Only attachments with a Document Type using a Storage Method of Database are available for viewing on the mobile device. The ability to view the document is also dependent on the device having an app that is capable of displaying the associated file type.
  • Document Type is assigned for added attachments based on the first record in the Document Types form that matches the File Extension and Storage Method of Database. .JPG is the extension used in most cases.
