Using the Main menu
The menu is accessible by swiping
right in the app. The menu provides quick access to these pages:
- Appointments: Initiate a service flow that begins with appointments scheduled for the user.
- Incidents: Initiate a service flow that begins with incidents assigned to the user.
- Service Orders: Initiate a service flow that begins with service orders assigned to the user.
- Partners: View a list of partners.
- Customers: View a list of customers.
- Units: View a list of units.
- Item Availability: View a list of items.
- Sync Conflicts: Address issues encountered while synchronizing data with the back office.
- Settings: Set up user and connection configuration information.
- Change Site: Connect to a different SyteLine configuration. You must sign in again after changing sites. ION users do not need to re-authenticate with Infor Ming.le to change sites.
