Adding notes
You can add, update, and delete notes for all primary data components, such as incidents or service orders. Use the Toolbar Note button to open the Note form, where you can add or update a note. Your device's standard keyboard capabilities are supported, including voice-to-text. Use these switches to designate notes:
- Internal: Marks the note for internal use only.
- System: System notes are synchronized from the back office and are read-only.
- Reusable: Reusable notes are synchronized from back office user notes and are read-only.
