Printing a work order

Note: These steps assume that you selected Auto Attach Documents in the settings.
  1. Open the Work Order form.
  2. Obtain a signature from the customer.
  3. Tap Share to perform these tasks:
    • Automatically attach the PDF to the current record.
    • Generate and display a PDF of the work order.
    • Print or email the PDF to the customer.
  4. Or, tap Submit to submit the signature and automatically attach the PDF to the current record.
When you tap Share, Android devices share directly to another app to handle the PDF. The first time you share, you might receive an option to choose how you want to handle the PDF. Select Always to use the same app in the future or select Just Once.

iOS devices share to an internal previewer where you can see the PDF in the app and have the option to share to an external app.

If you have not selected Auto Attach Documents in the settings, you can manually generate a work order using the Share button, then print or email it for the customer.
