Using the Home page

After signing in to the app, you will see the Home page. The Home page features two main sections: Information and Assigned Work. This table describes the sections:

Section Description
Information This sections shows this information:
  • Name of the current user
  • Current site
  • Current online or offline status
  • Synchronization progress bar and conflicts, if applicable
Assigned Work Tap the buttons in this section to see assigned appointments, incidents, and service orders.

The left side of the lists are color coded as described here:

  • Green = open record
  • Gray = closed record
  • Blue = estimate service order

Sync In Progress Indicator

The Sync In Progress indicator is visible when a synchronization to download Master Data and Code Definitions is in progress. This process occurs in the background.
