Email Status

This field displays the status of the current email. It can have one of four statuses:

  • Sent: Means the email has been sent.
  • Not Sent: Means the email has not been sent. This status appears until the systems successfully sends the email. If you send the email but the system fails to send it for some reason, the status remains Not Sent.
  • External: Means the email was imported into SyteLine from an external system.
  • (Blank): Means the type of interaction is not an email.
