Tab bar enhancement (CSIPM-1540)

We have enhanced the tab bar of several forms so that when a transaction is selected, information is populated in the tab bar, replacing the name of the form.

Prevent wide-open processing (CSIB-68489)

Controls have been put in place to prevent users from accidentally running a process on a larger range than intended. For certain tasks, if a range is not fully defined, an error is returned, prompting the user to fully define the range.
