Tab bar enhancement (CSIPM-1495)

We have enhanced the tab bar of several forms so that when a transaction is selected, information is populated in the tab bar, replacing the name of the form. For example, if you are in the Estimates form and you have a transaction selected, the tab bar populates with (E-) & the transaction number.
