Estimate convert to order improvement (CSIB-60923 and CSIPM-1295)

You can now click the Copy Estimates button on the Estimates form to open the Copy Order and Estimates form. This action copies the estimate so that all lines of the order are visible in the grid. New UI changes to the Copy Order and Estimates forms allows you to select the lines you want to process.

Estimation Worksheet enhancement (CSIB-65138)

We have changed some field labels and moved things around a bit on the Estimation Worksheet form to make the form more user-friendly. Here is a list of some of the enhancements:
  • Placed some fields in appropriate group boxes
  • Moved some buttons to another location on the form
  • Renamed Order Ref to Estimate
  • Renamed Job to Estimate Job
  • Renamed Update Job Material Unit Cost button to Update Job Material Cost
  • Enable Reprice Estimate Line and Update Job Material Cost buttons only when price/cost needs saved
  • Renamed Vendor Price Breaks check box to Use Vendor Price Breaks for clarity
  • Display the estimate Line column in the Items grid. Also, display it on the form’s grid side.
  • Moved the Cost, Unit Price, Extended Price, and Markup % columns out of the Items grid to be more easily seen.
  • Added a Margin % field to show the margin percent of currently calculated price.
  • Renamed Pricing Basis in the Items grid to Calculation
  • Renamed Estimate Worksheet Value in the Items grid to Calculation Value
  • Renamed Sales Discount in the Items grid to Discount %
  • Hidden Co-Products Mix Defaults region when the associated job Output Type is not Co-product mix
  • Hidden the Molding Pack group box when the Molding Pack module is not enabled
  • Hidden the Group Markup Calculations group box when the item calculation type is not Use Group Markup
  • You can now click Update Job Material Cost to save cost changes to job materials
  • If you click the Apply Markup button, all records in the break quantity grid are updated.
  • If you click the Clear Markup button, the group markup calculations component values are all cleared. The grid remains unchanged.
  • When the estimate job associated to the item selected in the Items grid has Co-Product Mix output, the Co-Products Mix Defaults region is displayed.

Adding downtime to Unposted Job Transactions form (CSIB-63955)

We have added the ability to record downtime for machines during production.

On the Unposted Job Transactions form, we have added Downtime as a Transaction Type. When this transaction type is selected, all of the fields on the Details tab are read-only.

We have added a new tab called Downtime. The tab contains these fields: Shift, Downtime Code, Start Time, End Time, Total Hours, and WC. We also added a new form, Machine Downtime Codes, where you can create downtime codes.

Add buttons to open Estimation Worksheet form (CSIPM-1488)

We have added the Estimation Worksheet button on these forms: Estimate Lines, Estimate Quick Entry, and Estimate Job Orders. Click the button to open the Estimation Worksheet form.
