Signature Name for Mobile SRO Work Order

In addition to signing their name, the new Signature Name field lets a customer type in their full signature on work orders and estimates in the Service Mobile app. This ensures the accuracy of signature information during follow-up reference.

The customer’s signature, and their signature name, are both automatically saved to the work order or estimate when these forms are shared and/or printed from the app.

Journal Entries enhancement (RS9247)

We have enhanced journal entries so that all Work Center Complete Transactions journals and Production Schedule journals have a unique identifier. These are visible in the Reference field on the Journal Entries form.
