My Favorite Customer - Flag (RS9258)

You can flag any customer to appear in your My Favorite Customers widget (Favorites view) on your Mingle Homepages Customer Service Representative page. Select the new Favorite checkbox for a customer on the Customers or Multi-Site Customers forms to show them in the widget. The Customer 360 form will also show a read-only Favorite flag with its status for each customer.

You can even search for your favorite customers by selecting the Property field's Favorite value on the Customer Query and Multi-Site Customers Query forms.

Multi-warehouse backflushing enhancement

You can now backflush non-tracked material from the warehouse associated with the job, a change from previous functionality that allowed only the same warehouse for all jobs. To support this new functionality, we have added the Backflush From Job For Whse check box to the Post Job Transactions form.
