We have added three homepages In Ming.le with their corresponding widgets. This table shows the name of the added homepage, the security role, and the names of the added widgets. Production Planner homepage widget detail

  • Production quick links - This widget shows the quick links to navigate directly to the respective form in the application. This widget can be categorized into three sections; activities, maintenance, and reports.
  • Job orders - This widget displays the graphical representation with status of job orders: in process, complete, stopped, or past due. You can filter by a pre-defined time period (today, this week or this month).
  • Jobs to complete - This widget provides a calendar view of the current month that shows the days, highlighting which jobs are set to complete. Use the arrows to move to other months. When you click any highlighted date, a list of all jobs with job number, item, and released qty to complete is displayed. The widget displays only the jobs with a status of released or stopped.
  • Jobs to release - This widget provides a calendar view of the current month that shows the days, highlighting which jobs are set to release. Use the arrows to move to other months. When you click any highlighted date, a list of all jobs with Job number, item, and expected qty to release is displayed. The widget displays only the jobs with a status of firm or stopped.
  • Job exceptions - This widget displays the information of job transactions with exceptions that occurred in the date range. The job, item, planned cost, actual cost, and the variance amount and percentage are displayed.
  • Planned production - This widget displays planning details and due dates for items purchased with requisitions, PLNs, and MPS orders.
  • Production follow-up - This widget shows the past due status of released jobs that are Past Due, or due on that day.
  • Operations efficiency - This widget displays a list of jobs for a selected date range that compares planned hours vs. actual hours worked and the efficiency percentage per job.
  • Machine OEE - This widget displays the percentage of overall equipment efficiency for each resource group.

  • Customer Service quick links - This widget provides easy access to links that are frequently used by customer service representatives.
  • My favorite customers - This widget displays customer service representative interactions with favorite customers.
  • Critical departmental KPIs - This widget displays summary of pre-defined critical departmental KPIs.
  • Order monitor - This widget displays a summary of "My Late Orders", "My Open Quotes", "New Orders", and "Stopped Orders".
  • Return material authorization - This widget displays favorite customer RMAs and serves as a search for all RMAs.
  • On time delivery - This widget provides a bar graph that displays the number of on-time or late orders and if shipped in full or as a partial shipment.
  • Total sales - This widget provides a bar graph that displays the sum of total sale value YTD per customer.
