User Name
Use the three User Name fields to specify users who will be notified upon the completion of the project, task, or performance obligation event. The users specified this way are in addition to the users who have subscribed to the Project Completion Alert, Project Task Completion Alert, or Project Obligation Completion Alert publications on the Publications form.
In the Project Task Completions group, users are assigned only to the selected
task. However, in the Performance Obligation Events group, users are assigned to all
performance obligation events, regardless of which event is selected when you add the
user.
Note: Users added in this
manner will only receive notifications for the currently selected project, and only
if the Enable MS for Project
Completion, Enable MS
for Task Completion, or Enable MS for Performance Obligation fields are
selected.
