Total

The total of the Actual Cost, Forecast Cost, Cost to Complete, % Complete, and Budget fields displays. The system calculates the Total amount of each field and factors in the overhead and G & A amounts by using the rates entered on the Projects form.

Remember that the G & A rate is compounded as a total expense with overhead applied. For example, if the overhead rate and G & A rate are both 10% and the total for the project is $100, the G & A is $11.
