Status/Project Status/Task Status
On the Projects form, select the project status. Valid entries are:
- Active
- Inactive
- Complete
- History
- Estimate
The information you entered on the Projects form displays on these forms:
- Posted Transactions - PRJ LBR
- Project Resource Shipping
- Project Resources
- Project Tasks
- Project WIP Adjustments
- Revenue Milestones
Note: There are two
Status fields on the Project
Tasks, Project Resources, and Project WIP Adjustments forms; one for the
project and one for the task. The Status
field for the project is display only and is set on the Projects
form. On the Project Tasks form, the options
for the Status field for the task are Active,
Inactive, Complete, and History. The option you choose on the Project
Tasks form displays on the Project Resources
and Project WIP Adjustments forms in the
Status field for the task. The project task status is also sent to Microsoft
Project.
The default value is Estimate for Estimate Projects and cannot be overwritten on these forms:
- Estimate Invoice Milestones
- Estimate Projects
- Estimate Project Resources
- Estimate Project Tasks
- Estimate Revenue Milestones
