Nominated

There are two Nominated fields on the Estimate Invoice Milestones and Invoice Milestones forms; one on the body and one on the Audit tab.

The Nominated field on the body of the form is selected automatically if the following conditions have been met:

  • The planned date on the milestone is less than or equal to the end of the current accounting period date.
  • If there are Invoice Milestone Requirements that are tasks, all those tasks must have a status of complete.
  • If there are Invoice Milestone Requirements that are resources, all those resources must have been issued to the project.

If all the qualifications are met, the nomination field is selected, and the actual complete date and actual invoice amount fields are set to the values stored in the planned fields.

On the Audit tab, the field denotes whether or not the milestone has been nominated for posting. A Yes or No response is displayed in this field.
