Purchase Order Blanket Releases
Use this form to maintain information about items being purchased under a specific release of a blanket purchase order.
The line record contains this information:
- Quantity to be purchased
- Cost
- Price
- Quantity received
- Status
Note: Information about the vendor is maintained
on the Purchase Orders form. All regular purchase order
lines must be associated with a header previously entered on the Purchase Orders form.
