Lateness (Average)

When you complete a purchase order (change the line status to "complete") for the selected item from this vendor, YTD lead time is incremented by last lead time, and YTD plan lead time is incremented by the difference, the PO line item due date, and the PO order date. It is equal to:

• (YLT - YPLT) / YTDP = AL
• AL = Average Lateness
• YLT = YTD Lead Time
• YPLT = YTD Plan Lead Time
• YTDP = YTD # Purchases

Lateness is the difference between the Last Received field on the PO line item and the Date field on the PO header.
