Average Cost/Plan Percentage

When you complete a purchase order (change the line status to "complete") for the selected item from this vendor, YTD cost is incremented by the PO line item's total cost, and YTD plan cost is incremented by the PO line item's total planned cost. The average cost plan percentage is equal to:

YTDC / YTDPC * 100.0 = ACP
