Cost (Average)

When you complete a purchase order (change the line status to "complete") for the selected item from this vendor, YTD cost is incremented by the PO line item's total cost. It is equal to:

• YTDC / YTDR = AC
• AC = Average Cost
• YTDC = YTD Cost
• YTDR = YTD Received.
