Auto receiving WIP for a job in the Process Manufacturing Production Batch Workbench

For jobs that produce WIP, you can easily receive the WIP inside the workbench, instead of using the base SyteLine procedures.

  1. Open the Process Manufacturing Production Batch Workbench and select the Process Mfg Order (batch) number that you want.
  2. Go to the Jobs tab and select the job where you want to receive WIP.
  3. On the Utilities sub-tab, select one of these options:
    • Auto Receive Planned Quantity: Receives the WIP according to what has already been issued to the WIP job.
    • Auto Receive Quantity Required: Receives the WIP according to what is expected to be produced.
  4. Optionally, select Mark Operation Complete to automatically complete the operation associated with the WIP item.
  5. Click Auto Receive WIP to receive the WIP.
