Formula import validation errors
When you copy a formula into the Process Manufacturing Formula Import form and click , these messages might be displayed. Correct the errors and revalidate before processing the import.

| Formula/Version combination already exists | The specified Formula and Version combination already exists in a formula |
| Invalid Formula Type | Formula Type is not valid. This could only happen if this procedure is run outside of the import form, for example using an API. |
| Invalid Formula Status | Formula Status is not valid. This could only happen if this procedure is run outside of the import form, for example using an API. |
| Duplicate Formula Line Item | One or more formula lines has a duplicate item with the same formula and version. |
| Approved for Production must be Yes/No (0/1) | Approved for Production is not set to 0 or 1. This could only happen if this procedure is run outside of the import form, for example using an API. |
| Invalid Route Item Source | Route Item Source is not valid. This could only happen if this procedure is run outside of the import form, for example using an API. |
| Use Weight for Conversion must be Yes/No (0/1) | Use Weight for Conversion is not set to 0 or 1. This could only happen if this procedure is run outside of the import form, for example using an API. |
| Use Volume for Conversion must be Yes/No (0/1) | Use Volume for Conversion is not set to 0 or 1. This could only happen if this procedure is run outside of the import form, for example using an API. |
| Invalid Formula Loss Percent | Loss Percent is not between 0 and 100. |
| Invalid Formula loss Constant | Loss Constant is not greater than 0. |
| Invalid Yield Percent Under Tolerance | Yield Percent under Tolerance is not between 0 and 100. |
| Invalid Yield Percent Over Tolerance | Yield Percent Over Tolerance is not between 0 and 100. |
| Invalid Yield Percent Over/Under Tolerance | Yield Percent Over Tolerance is less than Yield Percent Under Tolerance. |
| Invalid Formula Line Type | Formula Line Type is not valid. This could only happen if this procedure is run outside of the import form, for example using an API. |
| Invalid Formula U\M | The Formula Line U\M does not exist in the system. |
| Invalid Formula Line Text (too long) | Formula Line Text is more than 2800 characters. |
| Invalid Line Quantity | Formula Line Quantity is less than zero. |
| Invalid Planned Unit Cost | Formula Line Planned Unit Cost is less than zero. |
| Invalid Line Loss Percent | Formula Line Loss Percent is not between 0 and 100. |
| Invalid Line Loss Constant | Formula Line Loss Constant is less than zero. |
| Invalid Line Solubility | Formula Line Solubility is less than zero. |
| Invalid Line Quantity Variance Method | The field value is not valid. This could only happen if this procedure is run outside of the import form, for example using an API. |
