Setting up Process Manufacturing classes

Use the Process Manufacturing Classes form to define classes and subclasses. Classes allow you to group formulas into major groups such as food or beverage. You can use subgroups within the major groups to further define the elements in the class. For example, you can define subgroups for Conventional, Natural, and Organic food. Classes are required in formulas; subclasses are optional.
  1. In the Process Manufacturing Classes form, specify a class and description for each possible manufacturing class.
  2. Optionally, select each class and specify its subclasses and descriptions in the grid.
  3. Save your changes.
