Setting or correcting JPK procedural markings on A/R transactions

When you create a manual A/R invoice or make corrections or exceptions to an existing invoice before posting, you can change the default procedural marking selections.
  1. Generate an A/R invoice, either automatically through the customer order system or through creating a manual invoice.
  2. Go to the VAT Procedural Markings tab/area on the Invoices, Debt and Credit Memos form to view the available procedural markings.
    Only the procedural markings where Ref Type is set to Tax Code or Customer on the VAT Procedural Markings form are shown here.

    This tab/area is only accessible if the Poland Country Pack is enabled on the Optional Modules form.

  3. Select the appropriate procedural markings for this transaction.
    By default, these procedural markings are selected:
    • Markings that were set on the Customers form for the customer on the invoice
    • Markings that were set on the Tax Codes form for the tax code assigned to the item on the invoice

    You can select different procedural markings here.

  4. Complete and post the invoice.
  5. To correct procedural markings on a posted invoice transaction, go to the AR Posted Transactions Detail form and select the transaction.
  6. Go to the VAT Procedural Markings tab/area to view the available procedural markings.
    Only the procedural markings where Ref Type is set to Tax Code or Customer on the VAT Procedural Markings form are shown here. This area is only accessible if the Poland Country Pack is enabled on the Optional Modules form.
  7. If necessary, you can correct the selected procedural markings on posted transactions here. Because the corrections are only relevant for tax submissions, the original invoice is not affected.
